This Privacy Policy explains how Green line (“we”, “us”, “our”), a nursery and landscaping business based in Zahle, Lebanon, collects, uses, and protects the personal data of visitors to greenlinelb.com and customers who place orders or contact us through the site.

• Contact form — your name, phone number, message, and email address if you choose to provide one.
• Checkout / orders — your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you order, processed through our WooCommerce store.
• WhatsApp ordering — when you complete checkout, your order summary (items, total, order number) is prepared for you to send us via WhatsApp. That message and any reply are handled directly in WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, not ours.

We do not require an account to browse or order, and we do not knowingly collect payment card details — all payment is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp.

Cookies

Our site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies set by WooCommerce to remember what’s in your cart and to keep checkout working correctly as you move between pages. These cookies do not track you across other websites, and we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
